Thank you for your interest in Libre Naturals Inc. with regards to your donation/sample request.

We have been happy to contribute to the fundraising and education efforts of numerous organizations over the past years and are active supporters of the special diet community's efforts. Libre Naturals Inc. will review your application for free samples based on the following Terms and Conditions.

Please Read Carefully:

1. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we can only supply samples for those requiring a Gluten Free and/or Allergy Friendly diet. Our program is not intended to supply food for family members, students or the general public attending your event that do not require a special diet.
2. All requests must be made at least 60 days in advance of the event or support group meeting.
3. We do not offer any monetary support and are not able to fulfill any individual or team sponsorships.
4. We do not offer support of events that benefit a single individual or family.
5. The contact must be available to accept Canada Post deliveries, either at a street address or a PO Box, whichever is your normal service.
6. In order to offer Libre Naturals’ support to a growing number of candidates seeking assistance, we will attempt to rotate our donations each year.
7. After receipt of the samples, groups are asked to acknowledge the donation to their members (i.e. via newsletters, Facebook, etc.). If the donation is for a special event (walk, rides, etc) signage at the event acknowledging the donation would be appreciated. We would be happy to provide a logo and/or product pictures for your use.
8. Libre Naturals Inc. will determine the number and type of product provided.
9. If chosen, the applicant agrees to distribute samples as provided by Libre Naturals. Libre Naturals cannot be held liable for products opened and redistributed outside of factory conditions.
10. Libre Naturals Inc. is under no obligation under this agreement. We sincerely appreciate every opportunity presented to us, but with so many requests on a regular basis, we cannot accommodate them all.
